 Frédéric Chopin (1810-1849) was a Polish composer and pianist. The three nocturnes known as  Nocturnes Op. 9 were composed between 1830 and 1832, and dedicated to Madame Camille Peyel. The second nocturne in E Flat major is a particularly popular piano piece.
