Gabriel is an angel of God, best known for the Annunciation, when he delivered the news of Jesus’ impending birth to Mary.

He is often portrayed as one of the four archangels, along with Michael, Uriel and Raphael.  Gabriel's gender is vague – some view the angel as female.

Said to be one of seven princes of hell, Beelzebub is also sometimes considered to be the Devil himself.  Neil Gaiman portrays him as part of a diabolic triumvirate in The Sandman: Preludes and Nocturnes.

Beelzebub means "Lord of the Flies".

Nostradamus wrote Centuries, a collection of prophesies that dates from the 1500s until the predicted demise of the world in AD 3797. St John of Patmos is credited with writing the book of Revelation.
