Wake Forest University is a private institution that was founded in 1834 in Wake Forest, North Carolina. It was moved to Winston-Salem in 1956 as a result of large donations from the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation. The home of the Demon Deacons’ total enrollment is 4,657, and the campus is spread out around about 340 acres. It is composed of two undergraduate schools and five graduate schools, including the renowned School of Law, School of Medicine, and Babcock School of Management.
