Wolfgang Mozart was an 18th century classical composer. He was one of the most influential figures in musical history, composing over 600 works. He began composing at the age of five, playing both keyboard and violin.
During his short life he composed many symphonies, operas, concertos and choral works.

Will Rogers was one of the best-known American celebrities of the 1920s and 1930s. An actor, comedian and social commentator, his popularity dramatically increased as a result of his newspaper columns and radio appearances, and he became known for his unique style and anecdotes which, although poking fun at controversial topics, were well received by his audience.
"Bobby Benson's Adventures" was a popular children's radio program, broadcast 3-5 times a week from 1932 to 1936 on CBS radio. The program told the story of Bobby Benson, a 10-year-old boy who had recently purchased a cattle ranch, and described the problems he faced with his competitors.
'Little Orphan Annie' was a children's radio program broadcast from 1930 to 1940, featuring the voice of Shirley Bell Cole. It aired at 5.45pm, six days a week. It was the first late afternoon children's radio program, and was very popular amongst its young listeners.

'Jack Armstrong, the All-American Boy' was a radio adventure series that was broadcast from 1933 to 1951. The series told the story of high-school student Jack Armstrong, his friends and the adventures they embarked on.
'The Green Hornet' was an American radio program, broadcast in the 1930s, that told the tale of Britt Reid, a newpaper publisher by day who becomes a crime-fighting masked superhero by night. He is often armed with a gun that sprays knock-out gas.
"Don Winslow of the Navy" was a comic strip about a Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy who chased spies, published between 1934 and 1955. It was turned into a radio adventure in 1937 and a film serial in 1942, when the USA's entry into World War II gave it new relevance.
William McKinley (1843-1901) was the last veteran of the American Civil war to become President of the United States, and the last president to serve in the 19th century. He is remembered for imposing high tariffs on imports to boost domestic prosperity, and for introducing innovative advertising practising in his electoral campaigning. In 1898 he took the country to war with Spain, leading to the acquisition of Puerto Rico, Guam and the Philippines. In the same year, the USA annexed the independent Republic of Hawaii.
McKinley was assassinated by an anarchist in 1901, and was succeeded by his Vice President, Theodore Roosevelt.
Harrisburg is the ninth largest city in Pennsylvania, and is situated on the east bank of the Susquehanna River. The city played a significant part in the American Civil War, the Industrial Revolution and the Westward migration, giving it an important place in American history. The introduction of the Pennsylvania Canal and Railroad gave Harrisburg a reputation as one of the most industrialised cities in the northeastern United States.
Wilmington is situated at the confluence of the Christina River and Brandywine Creek, and is the largest city in Delaware.
